Instructions

Boil Potatoes until soft. Hardboil eggs. In a bowl add cooked potatos, hard boiled eggs, chopped celery, chopped onion, sweet indian pickle relish (or dill if you prefer), salt pepper and mayo, celery seed. Mash with potato masher to designed consistancy.
