"Kale, Yeah!"

Instructions

1. Remove kale stems and tear greens into smallish pieces. Pour olive oil on top and "massage" gently for several minutes, getting the greens good and soft. THIS STEP IS CRITICAL.

2. Add minced garlic (careful with quantity as this will be served raw, so the garlic will remain in all of its spicy glory.) Add salt to taste and toss lightly to distribute. 

3. You can also change up the marinade a bit by using Tamari or soy sauce and lemon juice in addition to the olive oil. Hold off on salt if you use Tamari or soy sauce. 

4. Allow to marinate in refrigerator for several hours.
